Come out and enjoy a short afternoon of short films presented by the dynamic film-making duo, Jason Ho and Amanda Hang! (both of whom are not that short)

We have an awesome line-up for you featuring 5 films so BRING FRIENDS, FAMILY and PETS you can fit in your pocket…(Apologies in advance for 4 of the 5 films are directed by Jason–eek!)

ONE:
Minneapolis Hip-Hop Group, The Tribe and Big Cats! show you basketball, bicycles and bowties in their new music video, “GOOD LIFE” ft Smoke DZA. The video reached 1,800 views on it’s first day!

TWO:
PUNCTURE WOUND
Frankie wants to make his own decisions, but his older brother is in charge. He learns that sometimes exercising rebellion is finding clarity. Starring Robert Chan, Albert Kuo, and Jimmy Zangrilli. Written and Directed by Jason Ho.

COUCH IN MOTION
Phillip has a date, but his mom has other plans. Check out this energtic furniture moving comedy starring Zong Vang, Sun-Mee Chomet, Ashley Lundgren, and Wa Yang. Written and directed by Jason Ho.

FOUR:
ONE BALL DAY
A man battling anxiety struggles to step out into the world. Starring Saikong Yang. Written and directed by Amanda Hang.

FIVE:
THE PONY COLLECTOR
The Pony Collector is a short film about a boy in search of a pony figurine. On his journey he makes an unexpected, yet important friend. Starring Cheng Yang, Saikong Yang, Diana Xiong, Wa Yang, and Pam Xiong. Written and directed by Jason Ho.

There will be a short chat session after the films with the filmmakers. This event is FREE, but donations are welcome.
